We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Slimcase offers a 14-day money-back guarantee and warranty with a one-time replacement for all orders! Read on for how.


Here below is the summary of our Returns Policy:

  • Our return policy lasts for 14 days. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We accept returns from United States, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and South Africa. In other countries, please contact us via email
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Slimcase or authorized retailers are covered by our return and warranty program. Slimcase products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policies.
  • Purchases in flash sale promotion, only return for exchange or store credits will be allowed.




If you are out of the 14-day guarantee window, no worries! Our Warranty offers one-time replacement.

Slimcase Warranty covers manufacturing issues, and in 2-year if the case is yellowing or the color coating peeled off, we will send you a replacement (With shipping fee applied).

There are many unexpected situations that can happen, so Slimcase offers you to buy the product at an extremely preferential price when:

  • The product was not installed, operated, or maintained in accordance with Slimcase’s instructions.
  • Any deterioration, scratches or other defects of similar nature resulting from natural wear-and-tear, abuse or improper use.
  • Any damages caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damage is caused by poor storage, burns, solvents, animals, varying environments, and exposure to extreme temperatures or natural phenomena.

Please Note:

  • Our warranty only applies to a new original, purchased item. Any product that has already been issued as a warranty replacement is not subject to the same policy and will not be replaced again.
  • The quality of any items should be checked when they arrive – contact us immediately if you have any concerns.  
  • When contacting us about any warranty claims, you will need to attach at least one high-resolution photo/video clearly showing the defect.
  • Slimcase does not warrant and is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any smartphone, accessories, or other device other than Slimcase-branded products.
  • We will charge a shipping fee for the replacement. 
  • If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option.
  • If your product was gifted to you, please note that we will need to match your claim to the original order in our system, using either the order number or the buyer’s details. 
  • Promotional and complimentary items (which are sent for reviewers and influencers) are not covered by this warranty.
